In the process of importing cars from abroad (from European, Turkish, and Georgian ports), we mainly prefer specialized car carrier (auto trailer) transportation. This method ensures the safe and direct "door-to-door" delivery of vehicles without any additional handling (loading/unloading).
Yes, it is highly cost-effective. Since car carriers can transport 8–10 vehicles at the same time, they optimize car logistics costs. Because several vehicles are grouped and transported along the same route, the transport cost per vehicle is significantly lower compared to an individual tow truck.
International road freight transportation is more flexible than other modes of transport. Delivery from Georgian ports (Poti/Batumi) to Baku takes only 2–3 days, while from Turkey and European countries, it takes an average of 2–3 weeks.
Our car carriers are equipped with special fastening belts and wheel-chock (stop-blocking) systems that meet international safety standards. Each vehicle is secured to the platform by its wheels using special mechanisms. Furthermore, during transportation, all vehicles are fully protected by CMR insurance within the framework of international logistics law.
Multimodal transportation is applied for cars coming from the USA. The vehicles are delivered across the ocean via container shipping to the Georgian ports of Poti or Batumi. After the containers are opened at the port, the cars are loaded onto our special car carriers and brought directly to Baku.
In recent years, bringing cars by rail has become the most optimal option for the Chinese market. Railway transport cuts transit time in half compared to sea freight and delivers cargo safely within an average of 15–25 days.
Car transportation by air maximizes speed and safety indicators in logistics, delivering the vehicle in just 1–3 days. However, due to its high tariffs, it is not used for mass imports, but exclusively for ordering exotic, luxury, or collectible cars.
In Azerbaijan, car customs clearance costs are not fixed. The price is calculated based on legally defined algorithms according to the vehicle's engine capacity, production date (age), purchase value, and fuel type (petrol, diesel, hybrid, electric).
For car customs clearance, the vehicle's technical passport (Title), purchase invoice (Invoice), and the international transport document representing the car carrier's declaration (CMR) must be submitted in full. Our company provides complete support to our customers during this documentation process.
Yes. We attach great importance to transparency in the supply chain logistics process. Our customers are regularly provided with live status updates and tracking support regarding the route of our car carriers and the status of their vehicles.
