2. Quote and Payment

After submitting a price inquiry, you will receive a detailed offer within 24 hours. The shipping process begins once payment is agreed upon. A 30% deposit payment is required.

3. Shipping Liability

All vehicles are covered by insurance during the shipping period. Delivery time varies depending on the destination. Customs delays are not included in the delivery time.

4. Cancellation Policy

If you cancel before shipping begins, the deposit will be refunded in full. If you cancel after shipping has started, applicable fees will be deducted.

5. Limitation of Liability

Load Star Logistics is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure events, customs issues, or technical failures of the transport vehicle.
